BD&G Logistics B.V. was founded in 2006 and is located at the Vlothavenweg 10 in Amsterdam. BD&G has a yard where containers can be loaded. Also we can offer storage facilities. After loading we can arrange the transport, documentation and shipping of your container to any destination you want.

Through our experience and good relation with the carriers we are able to offer competitive rates and a high level of service.

In order to comply with all the rules and conditions of exporting containers we have built a testing facility in cooperation with Luca Testing Facility B.V.. At this warehouse we can arrange custom inspections and testing of all your electronical and other goods. All the goods will be provided with stickers and testing rapports, in order to comply with the rules and conditions of exporting.

WORK PROCEDURE

At BD&G customers can load their container or rent a container for storage facilities.
BD & G will educate the customers with all rules and regulations of exporting containers to Afrika. Please read all the documentation which is mentioned under tracking and links.
Before a customer can rent a container, he or she needs to sign a contract. After signing this contract the responsibility of loading the container in the correct way, is in hands of the customer.
All goods which will be brought to our premises will be checked and tested by our testing facility. All goods which are correctly working will be supplied with a testing report. The goods which are not working properly, will be declared as waste and cannot be exported. After this, the goods with a testing report can be loaded in the container and exported to any destination upon your request.
Before the container will be brought to the port, we will arrange the custom document for our customers. If the customs approved the document we will arrange the transportation to the port for shipment.

SERVICES

TESTING AND INSPECTIONS

In cooperation with Luca Testing Facility B.V., we have a testing facility where we can arrange testing reports for all your goods which has to be exported. For information and quotations please contact info@testfacility.nl.

LOADING FACILITIES

We can offer loading space on our yard. In order to load your container and ship it to any destination upon your request. If you need a quotation, please contact us via our contact form.

SEA FREIGHT

Trough our experience and good relation with the carriers we are able to offer competitive rates and a high level of service. If you need a quotation, please contact us via our contact form.

TRUCKING

We arrange the trucking of the container to the premises and after loading we bring it to the port, in order to ship your container.

DOCUMENTATION

All documentation wich is needed to export your container can be arranged by us. All electrical equipment will be provided with testing reports.

RO-RO

We can also arrange shipments for your cars and trucks to Africa.

CONDITIONS
Before loading your container please read below general rules and publications to check with which conditions you have to comply:

All electrical goods need to be functional and declared as re-use and should be accompanied by a test report
Fridges have to be free of FCKW
Tires must be undamaged, tread depth must be minimum 1,6mm
Tripled, Quadruple tires are not allowed to be exported and will be declared as waste
All cargo must be stowed in a proper way
Loose Ballast in the container is automatically classified as waste
Car parts containing Liquid are automatically classified as dangerous goods
